TICKET POLICY FOR GREEN RIVER LIVE 


Green River Live Box Office is located at the venue, 227 W E Lobb Dr, Greensburg, KY 42743 and is open Monday thru Friday 9am – 4:30pm EST, by phone 270-973-5483, and 2 hour before doors open for events.
  • For in person Box Office Purchases: The Cardholder MUST be present to purchase tickets and must have a valid photo I.D. matching the name on the credit or debit card. No exceptions.
  • The official ticket provider for Green River Live Is Ticketmaster.com or by phone at 1-800-745-3000
  • All patrons over the age of 2 years old must have a ticket.
  • Tickets for Green River Live Events are subject to applicable taxes and fees.
  • Green River Live show times and line ups are subject to change
  • No re-entry policy once your ticket is scanned. 
  • ADA Ticketing is available for purchase during regular box office hours and we encourage you to call in advance, as ADA seating is limited. ADA seats may also be purchased on Ticketmaster.com 

CANCELED EVENTS:

If a performance is canceled, and not rescheduled, you will receive a full refund at the point of purchase. Tickets purchased with a credit card through Ticketmaster.com or by phone will automatically be refunded to the original credit card used within 21 business days. Tickets purchased through the venue box office using cash or check must be returned to the Box Office for a refund.

RESCHEUDLED EVENTS
For Rescheduled dates, the original tickets purchased will be honored for the rescheduled event date with their same seat location. Patrons will have 30 days from the announcement of the new performance date, to request a refund from their original point of purchase. Patrons who return their tickets within the 30-day window of the announcement of the new performance date, will receive a refund less 4% for processing fees. 


POSTPONED EVENTS WITHOUT A RESCHUDULED DATE:     
No refunds until the event rescheduled date is announced, then offer refunds for 30 day from the announcement date.  Patrons will have 30 days from the announcement of the new performance date, to request a refund from their original point of purchase. Patrons who return their tickets within the 30-day window of the announcement of the new performance date, will receive a refund less 4% for processing fees. 

THIRD PARTY TICKETING 
Please note that Ticketmaster.com and GreenRiverLive.com are the only source for tickets for our venue. We cannot guarantee that tickets purchased from a third-party vendor or priced above face value are valid. 

We are not liable if tickets purchased through third-party sites are invalid (including, but not limited to, StubHub, eBay, Craigslist, or any other ticket broker). 

Please note that other websites may try to sell invalid tickets using our name, information, and photos, without our authorization or authorization of our artists. To ensure tickets are valid, purchase only through GreenRiverLive.com or Ticketmaster.com
